Sfida geografica dallo spazio

Last week NASA Astronaut Scott Kelly launched a contest on his twitter account: he will post photographs of different locations of the Earth as seen from the ISS, and the first one to recognize it will win an autographed copy of the picture. He is currently circling Earth more than twelve times a day, travelling more than 200 miles above Earth at 17,500 mph. Today, he posted his first picture of the contest!
Isn’t that beautiful? So what country can you see? Well, that’s clearly Italy (and how could I make a mistake here… 
)! And even if the borders are not visible, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia and a little bit of Germany can also be spotted.
I think this is a great challenge for everyone all over the world, especially for children who are now learning geography. If you want to follow Kelly on Twitter and see more of such fantastic pictures here is his twitter account:

La settimana scorsa l’astronauta della NASA Scott Kelly ha lanciato un concorso sul su Twitter: pubblicherà foto di diverse località della Terra vista dalla ISS, ed il primo a riconoscere dove si trova vincerà una copia autografata della foto. Attualmente sta orbitando la Terra più di dodici volte al giorno, viaggiano più di 320 chilometri sopra la Terra a 28.200 kph. Oggi, ha pubblicato la sua prima foto del concorso (vedi sopra)!
Non è bellissima? Quindi, quale paese si può vedere? Beh, questa è chiaramente l’Italia (e come potrei sbagliare… )! E anche se i confini non sono visibili, si possono anche vedere Svizzera, Austria, Croazia e un po ‘della Germania.
Penso che questa sia una grande sfida per tutti in tutto il mondo, specialmente per i bambini che stanno imparando geografia proprio adesso. Se volete seguire Kelly su Twitter e vedere altre fantastiche immagini, ecco il suo account Twitter:
